Description:

If Anonymous user is given read permissions to Jenkins, build ICONS will appear as broken or missing links. This issue also occurs if security is set to "Logged in user can do anything".

Note that the problem seems to be partially fixed in 1.490 in that the "login" ICON now appears, but the Build Status ICONS remain broken.
