Description:

How can I stop perforce plugin from not syncing the code when there is no changelist pending for the view set up in the job? Poll SCM does trigger a build only when a pending change list is present, but, how do I accomplish the case of building the job with the same code until and unless a chnagelist has been submitted.
This is urgent as its blocking our release.
