Have Jenkins 2.19.3 with svn plugin at 2.7.1. This problem happened occasionally and it is very annoying. All credentials are provided correctly yet it fails with the error: 15:11:38 No changes for http://svn/trunk since the previous build 15:11:38 hudson.util.IOException2: revision check failed on <external_link> Caused by: org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNCancelException: svn: E200015: E200015: ISVNAuthentication provider did not provide credentials; HTTP authorization cancelled. 15:11:38 svn: E200015: ISVNAuthentication provider did not provide credentials; HTTP authorization cancelled.
