We use Subversion and have multiple products in the same repo. So, the structure looks like:

 
                                                                company/Client
       /Server
       /Web
       /Mobile
       /shared
 
                                                            

where our repo is named "company". We would have a Jenkinsfile in the Client, Server, Web and Mobile sub-directories. In a Multibranch pipeline project for the Client, I'd expect to see a list of branches that have Client/Jenkinsfile. Server would have Server/Jenkinsfile and so on. The only way to get this to work is to move to CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise?
