Robin Kirkman resolved JENKINS-16187 as Not A Defect dependency-graph plugin fails when using copy-artifact plugin User error here, probably. The depgraph-view plugin had already been installed. I installed the copyartifacts plugin without restarting Jenkins. After restarting Jenkins the problem was resolved. A message on the plugin update center that installing without restart will break cross-plugin dependencies would be nice.
