I concur. An aggregate changelog would be very beneficial.
The big problem we have is that when a build is cancelled for whatever reason and re-started, the svn changes that triggered the cancelled build are nowhere in the log.
This means that looking at a jobs changes pane does not show all changes, only those that contributed to a successful build. I go as far as saying that this
