Description:

If, some reason (the user had the required privileges), Jenkins setup is unable to start the previously installed Windows Service, the user's only options are "Retry", or "Cancel". The first choice won't improve anything, the second choice deletes the installation. The result was that we could not install Jenkins.
Solution: Provide an "Ignore" button.
