The workaround is quite easy, do:
cd $JENKINSROOT/plugins/github-sqs-plugin
mv ./WEB-INF/classes/com/base2services/jenkins/Credential/Config.jelly ./WEB-INF/classes/com/base2services/jenkins/Credential/config.jelly
