Description:

To install a windows slave as a service, the "RemoteRegistry" windows operating system service must be running. Unfortunately, on many nodes this is disabled.
As Jenkins logs in as an administrator account anyways, it would be great if it would simply set that service to "auto" and start it up.
This makes installation much simpler.
If that is technically not possible, it should at least say that a human has to do that instead of simply fail.
