For our use case, we want to be able to use a String parameter to specify the changelist / label to sync to. Currently the checkout step in pipeline looks like below:

No environment variable exists for Changelist during polling. The current implementation of Expand#format replaces ${Changelist} with Changelist which leads to errors (p4 cstat //clientName/...@Changelist doesn't make sense).
