Apologies for adding this to core but I can not find links for web admins.
http://jenkins-ci.org/changelog is not updating.
We are using Jenkins in a production environment and the automated changelog , voting and assiciated issues system is essential in helping us update to a stable version. Without it we are unable to know if it's safe to update.
