I'm not sure why no one has brought it up, but I think one of the most often asked feature is "centralised job configuration". There are even quite a few plugins doing it, and the job templates etc, but none of them really cuts it.
Why not just take the CC.Net configuration preprocessor feature and use it here? Job configuration = xml in jenkins too. It doesn't have to have a gui at first, something crude and basic would work.
But imo, Jenkins sorely needs this feature.
