For me, at least, I've fixed the issue.

I tracked this down to just jobs that were the Maven 2 Job types; freestyle ones were uneffected.

I cleaned up all of the .bak, .pinned, and .disabled files from the plugins dir.

That just left the .jpi files and their dirs.

After a restart, all of the M2 jobs worked.

So, for me, that was my work around.

Something may be broken in the updating/loading of plugins. ???
