Because [DEBUG] is being printed in the ocunit test output for each test that's run:
[DEBUG] Test Case '-[TopicTests testForListOfQuestions]' started.
Test Case '-[TopicTests testForListOfQuestions]' passed (0.000 seconds).
You get the following error from the xcode plugin when it's trying to parse the ocunit test output for display in Jenkins:
FATAL: Log statements out of sync: current test case was null
