apparently this bug regressed yet again - somebody keeps inserting the same error over and over again. It appears with the newest jenkins (1.507, .war) and debian 6.0.7 stable, together with Apache Tomcat/6.0.35 on JVM 1.6.0_18-b18 (Sun)
