I tried implementing this feature, but I had a lot of problems getting the test infrastructure up and running. Therefore, I commited the changes untested (https://github.com/tobiasbaum/violations-plugin/commits/master). Perhaps someone else with better Jenkins knowledge can ensure that it works (I added everything that seemed necessary to me, but I'm a total newbie) or I will continue when I'm a bit less frustrated.
