Balaal Ashraf commented on JENKINS-51016   Re: Azure VM can't start (infinte loop) Having the same issues, my workaround is by forcing the idle time to System.currentTimeMillis() while the agent is offline, as the time returned from agentNode.getIdleStartMilliseconds() is still increasing while the agent is offline, which in some cases doesn't reset in time before the check runs, making the agent go back into shutdown, causing this infinite loop.   //JENKINS-51016 - Dont count idle time when agent is offline, causing canRecycle to become true long idleStartMilliseconds = !agentNode.isOnline() ?
