However I'm missing instructions on how to create the msbuild-2017.zip or msbuild-2019.zip I can't find much in https://plugins.jenkins.io/msbuild or in https://github.com/jenkinsci/msbuild-plugin I expect that I need to zip an installation from C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\MSBuild\15.0\Bin\ which is created on a reference machine.
