Kohsuke Kawaguchi resolved JENKINS-14554 as Cannot Reproduce With german locale buttons "Advanced" and "Test" are not visible in security management I set the browser to German locale and I was able to see both buttons. Given that the advanced button is used throughout Jenkins, I find it hard to believe that it's not working entirely.
