You mean the link "Job Config History" does not appear in the sidepanel of some job pages?
I never noticed anything similar. However, it could be caused by missing permissions.
The handling of permissions has changed with version 2.0 (Nov 2012). Does the problem still occur with a more recent version of the plugin?
