To me this is a major issue since it' a "Major loss of function." of the Claim plugin when I'm not able to see it's only view!!!
I was tempted to upgrade it to "BLOCKER" since I cannot use my personal Jenkins start page at all - but since this JIRA instance is related to Jenkins as a whole, I did not want to go that far.
