I would like to be able to exclude certain email addresses from being sent an email. My situation is I have the plugin set up to email committers when a job fails. The problem is that some committers are either phony users or people that are not responsible for maintaining code (they just committ some configuration files) and are not even aware of the Jenkins jobs.
Long story short, I would like to be able to still email committers but also exclude certain users/email addresses from being sent an email.
