James Robinson updated JENKINS-60986   So the multiSelectDelimiter is for setting the output delimiter not the input delimiter. I was mis-reading the JJB documentation and not realizing the https://plugins.jenkins.io/extended-choice-parameter says, at the very bottom: The 'value' field is a comma separated list of values for the single select or multi-select box.
