The JClouds-plugin doesn't expose the ability to enable the autoAssignFloatingIP and keyPairName attributes to the slave template metadata so the OpenStack instance gets an accessible IP address.
PR #42 provides a hack to enable this support but it needs some refining. The PR also outlines an ssh connection issue. Once the openstack instance is running, jenkins fails to log in.
