Unfortunately I ran into the same problem. Jenkins version 2.226 Gitlab branch source plugin version 1.4.4 I found two workarounds: Save the configuration manually again (as Laurent Michenaud mentioned in the description) Triggered one of the branch by webhook Parichay Barpanda maybe this should be updated to Major priority ?
