Since withAnt only provides the Ant environment to ultimately shell out to ant, you can provide the buildfile with -buildfile on the ant command line:

 
                                                                withAnt( installation: 'Ant' ) {
  bat 'ant <target> -buildfile mybuild.xml'
}
