Description:

I updated jenkins from rather old version to 1.514, which contains new cvs plugin using java library instead of native system cvs client.
It looks like that cvs update now changes modification date of every file during update, even there are no changes to that file.
This causes that all files are compiled again, which in turn makes build jobs run much slower on big projects.
