Mark Waite updated JENKINS-33850   Zip files for MinGit are provided (as noted in the comment) on github.com. 64 bit Windows 32 bit Windows PortableGit can be downloaded as a self-extracting archive and then used to create a local zip file as well. Git for Windows is apparently not usable in that way, since PortableGit specifically exists so that the MSI installer is not required to install and configure it.
