thanks for the update to set disableChangeLogOnly. however, it does not work. setting disable changelogs, without setting disablesync, still gathers changelogs.
seems like the default value is incorrect:
boolean disableChangeLogOnly = overrideWithBooleanParameter("P4DISABLECHANGELOG", build, this.disableAutoSync);
