Alex Whitman commented on JENKINS-18125 Changelog empty or contains all changes I have it set to merge into 'master' before build. The issue is that 'master' doesn't appear to get updated from origin. Take this scenario: master is at version 1 pull request is opened and jenkins merges into master v1 and then builds pull request is merged and master is now v2 new pull request is opened, jenkins hasn't updated master to v2 and so merges into v1 and builds Looking through the code, at no point is a `git pull` or `git fetch/merge` done on master (or whatever the specified merge branch is) before merging the pull request changes.
