Description:

User could define some environment variables, which could be used and modified in build actions. Afterwards these variables could be used at post build actions. This way post build actions could get useful additional information about build time actions(i.e. build duration, build result, build note msg, ...).
Many plugins(including git-plugin) have now multiple ways to go around this problem with different local environment variables.
