I narrowed the problem down to one configuration, that uses code coverage plugin. This configuration (or it's interaction with other ones?) causes Jenkins "All" view to take a lot of time. When I have it in other view though, the view load speed is high.
I will retest it with version 1.520, that has fixes for
JENKINS-14362and 17349 and update this ticket with results.
