More details:

1) previously we had used openJDK 1.6

  • now we switched (master + all nodes)

openJDK "1.7.0_21"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.3.9) (7u21-2.3.9-0ubuntu0.12.04.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.7-b01, mixed mode)

No changes - the same problem occurs.

2) in meantime we had tested(the same environment) several other versions like 1.515, 1.519 but just 1.505 which is last working for us. So seems that regression bug was introduced somewhen between 1.505 and 1.509
