evernat resolved JENKINS-14213 as Fixed Projects that "Trigger/call builds on other projects" with the "Block until ... finish their builds" enabled will hang if the other project is disabled This seems fixed to me. Using Jenkins 1.519 and the case given, I have the following log at the end of the build: Skipping x. The project is either disabled or the configuration has not been saved yet.
