Similar in _expression_ to the fixed 9397.
When browsing in http://SERVER/userContent, if you click the "(all files in zip)" link, the returned zip files have their file permissions flattened to 666 no matter what they are in userContent on the Jenkins machine.
The expected behaviour is to have the file permissions in the zip file be the same as they are on the Jenkins machine.
