@Alex: Changing to pathFormat on my local play-around Jenkins installation fixed the problem, thanks for the hint. Unfortunately this is used in a lot of jobs....:-/ Have to change that first before restarting.
To my second problem: I downgraded the email extension plugin but did not restart yet, when I encountered the token duplication. So it could fall into the same category as 18517.
But the initial cause for me downgrading was that I saw the same effect like I mentioned in
JENKINS-17064. When opening the configuration page the job was loading for ages. Funny enogh I do not see this effect on my play-around Jenkins.:-/
