1. I have upgraded to Jenkins 1.521
2. Jenkins did not start - As expected
3. Removed existing ruby-runtime plugin
4. Downloaded and copied ruby-runtime plugin HPI from https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins.rb/issues/91 my jenkins installation
5. Jenkins 1.521 started well .
Problem is fixed with ruby-runtime 0.12. Please release the ruby-runtime.
