Sorry for taking SO long to take a look at this issue @Nicolas. Unfortunately, there were major changes in the plug-in API, and I don't think maintaining compatibility with 2.x is doable for the current version. I'll close the issue, since seems like most users have already upgraded to 3.x anyway, ok?
