Description:

When using the Build Pipeline plugin up to 1.3.3 and retrying a job that had failed, the parameters that the job was originally triggered with would be applied again on the retry
With version 1.3.4.1 and 1.3.5, when doing a retry, the parameters do not carry over
This is a critical problem as we need this retry functionality in our pipeline
