I'm seeing the same behavior. The 1.0.2 release worked fine. I upgraded our Jenkins to the latest (1.5.23), upgraded to JRE 1.7.0_03b05 on a Windows 7 machine. Everything appeared to be working fine, so I upgraded this plugin. Now I don't get a config dialog in the project (but I do system wide) and I can't save a config that references this build step. I get the stack trace listed above.
This release simply doen't work in our environment.
