Description:

When the user clicks "install without restart" button in the plugin manager, the update center still shows a text that encourages the user to restart Jenkins, which is wrong/confusing.
Given that the install without restart feature has been around for some time now, I think it's time to take a bit more drastic refactoring of the UX.
