Description:

Some builds can have a lot of parameters. It would easier for users to fill out the form if they would be grouped.
On configuration page add group start box with:
- id of the group
- name of the group (optional, if not given id is used)
- is collapseable (checkbox)
- is collapsed by default (checkbox)
On the form page add accordion styled groups (like the one available in jQuery UI).
