The same issue occured here, it is rather critical or even a blocker, which should really not happen. It prevent everything in jenkins from working. Even update etc. Removing the plugin & jobs folder from config does not fix this. Trying to figure out which configuration files must be manually edit to be able to start up jenkins properly again...
