From the README, there should be a CONTACTS section, e.g.:

These people should be emailed after every failure of the build:

Emergency Contacts

These people should be emailed if the build breaks (starts failing) and again
when it is fixed (starts succeeding):

  - [email protected]
  - [email protected]
    ...

# Please include the following in the email
  - status
  - tail of console output
  - commit number
  - branch name (URL of repo if this is a svn repo)
  - log message for commit

Some sort of email functionality is the thing that's missing which would make literate totally worth while at my company.
