Description:

One of the new features in the 1.509 LTS releases is that the Jenkins URL is stored inside the jenkinsURL field of the new file called jenkins.model.JenkinsLocationConfiguration.xml. Email-ext as of now stores the URL as hudsonUrl in its own hudson.plugins.emailext.ExtendedEmailPublisher.xml.
As discussed at https://github.com/mozilla/mozmill-ci/pull/346/files#r7320234 the extension should be updated.
