I'm getting the same issue in 1.538 too.

This is very annoying and I have to be careful to not press F5.
The server is generating invalid URLs to static resources (e.g. http://touros:8080/static/38c6342f/images/24x24/grey.png), that gives 404 error.
A service reboot resolve the problem for a while.
