Description:

1. Jira links are no longer working (see attached image) - Jira issue numbers are not being recognised in commit comments.
There's been a few upgrades to Jira and Jenkins since this was last working and I'm not sure exactly when this broke.
2. In Jenkins > Manage Jenkins > Configure System > JIRA the validate setting button returns success no matter what URL I have entered. The only time it fails is if I have no URL.
