Description:

one scenario: when using jenkins by tunneling to remote jenkins server on port 8080,
1. create a job
2. create a multijob
3. add job to multijob
4. view multi job
expected results: links on the page point to multijob, subjobs
actual results: links are broken, instead of leading to localhost:8080/link they lead to <tunneled_server_url>:8080/link
