The issue has been created for https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/jenkinsci-dev/zEU8vj3or5s from Ekaterina Lipatova
We're using maven-surefire-plugin plugin for testing, and after upgrading to 1.539 bumped in to the following issue:
- if one sets locale to English everything if working fine (as it was in previous versions) – after the "mvn test" command is issued, and tests are completed the results are available under the "Test Results" section
- if the same build on the same server is accessed from somewhere with Russian locale set – "Test Results" are inaccessible – the stack trace is shown, test report is unavailable.
- if locale is set back to English – problem is vanished.
Probably this issue could be related to the one reported here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/jenkinsci-dev/JXvazIROoQg, though I'm not absolutely sure, since our previous version of Jenkins was rather old.
