The RPM package includes a logrotate configuration. Unfortunately, it is not working. The log file is 0 byte after logrotate runs and nothing is logged any more.
I think Jenkins does not get the signal from logrotate or does not cleanly reopen the log file.
We have to restart the Jenkins process to get log messages again.
[root@server ~]# ls -l /var/log/jenkins/
total 8252
